MISTINGUETT DEAD

PARIS, January 5. Mistinguett, the French musical hall .star for half a century, whose, legs were once among the world's most famous, died today, after a two-weeks’ illness. She was 82. She suffered a paralytic stroke and subsequently developed pneumonia. Her funeral will be held at midday on Monday at .the Madeleine. her parish church. Afterwards she will be buried with other members of her family in a cemetery near Paris. ,
