RANGIORA BOROUGH COUNCIL. BY-LAW TO BE MADE BY SPECIAL ORDER. THE RANGIORA BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVES PUBLIC NOTICE that at a Special Meeting of the Council held at the Council Chambers, Rangiora, on Wednesday the t\venty-first day of December, 1955, it was resolved to make and a By-law. The object or purport, of the proposed By-law is to repeal “The Rangiora Bylaw No. 1 1912,” "The Rangiora Borough Council By-law No. 2, 1921,” and “The Rangiora Building By-law” and to adopt as part of tne proposed By-law with certain modifications as set out in the Resolution. The Introductory and Parts I to VII inclusive and Parts IX to XIV inclusive and Parts XVI and XVII of the New Zealand Standard Specification Number 791 being New Zealand Standard Code of General By-laws, and also Parts I to XII inclusive of the New Zealand Standard Specification Number 95 (New Zealand Standard Model Building By-law and Standard Code of Building By-laws) with attached related specifications and with amendments incorporated in or made to all such parts. The Introductory and above stated Parts of Standard Specification. 791 are dated June, 1952, and are intituled and deal respectively with the following matters: Part I Public Places Part II Scaffolding and Deposit of Building Materials Part 111 Hawkers, Pedlars and Itinerant Traders Part IV Public Libraries Part V Billiard-Rooms Part VI Cemeteries Part VII Lawn Cemeteries Part IX Household Refuse Purchasers Part X Removal of Refuse Part XI Nuisances Part XII Offensive Trades Part XIII Sale of Second-Hand Clothing and Hiring Out of Clothing Part XIV Public Baths and SwimmingPools.
