Bail was allowed in the sum of £25 and one surety of £25. Charged with being under the influence of liquor or drugs when in charge of a car in Kingsley street on December 2. Charles Geoffrey Waters, aged 34, a photographer, was remanded to Tuesday. Bail was allowed in the sum of £25 and one surety of £25.
