Early Installation Of Meters PROVISION FOR TWO-HOUR PERIOD New parking spaces in Cambridge terrace, Christchurch, in front of the Canterbury Public Library, were marked out yesterday, and parking meters will be installed there as soon as possible. The City Council made Inis decision some time ago, chiefly because of the demand for short-period parking by library patrons who at present have difficulty In finding places because this area is unrestricted and cars remain there all day. He hoped to get enough to meter both sides of Cambridge terrace from Worcester to Cashel streets. On the library side, there will be half-hour parking for 3d, as in the
