Proposed Change in Rules of the Road.— The South Island Motor Union states in its thirty-fifth annual report that after considering views on the change in the rule of the road, expressed by its overseas affiliates in London, Australia and South Africa as well as its own affiliated associations, it has decided to take no further action with these proposals.
