About 35 persons attended the sale by public auction of 65 acres of mixed grazing and agricultural land at Collins road, Lincoln, yesterday. Bidding opened at £BO an acre, and rose by five bids of £5. The property was sold for £lO5 an acre.

Bidding failed to reach the reserve for a three-roomed house, surplus furniture and a car, which were offered at another auction.
