LBTTLE IMPROVEMENT IN CLEARANCE MXich of the cargo of the Port Nelson *was still congesting the Waltham road goods shed, said a railways officer yesterday. ■ The shed was as full as it had ever been, and waggons weresitill waiting outside for room to unload. A difficulty associated with the cctogestion was the finding and identifying of individual items of cargo. The Port Nelson was the first ship to leave England after the settlement of the dock strike. Cargo originally intended for other ships was changed at the last minute to the Port Nelson, and concision in the dispatch of bills of lading arose. That confusion has yet to be completely cleared.
