BUNGALOW IN BRYNDWR SOLD FOR £3300 Two residential properties and five sections were offered for sale at an auction last evening, but only one of the properties—a two-year-old bungalow in Greers road, Bryndwr, which has two double bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchenette—was sold. The price was £3300. Bidding began at £2BOO and four bids of £lOO were followed by two of £5O. The bungalow stands on a 27-perch section. A house in Beckenham which has four bedrooms, a lounge, and a livingroom, was passed in at £2200. The section is of a quarter of an acre. Bidding opened at £lBOO. Three bids of £lOO and two of £5O were made. Four sections in Burwood road were offered, the successful bidder for one section to have the option of purchasing the others at the same price. The sections were passed in at the only bid made, one of £175 a section. Bidding for a 28-perch section next to 27 Mundys road, which borders on the Shirley and Dallington districts, opened at £3OO. The property wag passed in at £4OO after two bids of £5O had been made.

A house of four main rooms, with a garage, at 4 Dallington terrace, Avonside, was passed in for £2400 at public auction yesterday. Bidding opened at £2OOO and rose by three bids of £lOO and two of £5O.
