Arrest Follows Milk Poisoning
(Bee. 10 p.m.) TOKYO, AuJ. 30. Hie police today held the manager of a milk factory—one of a nation-wide chain—on chargee of accidental homicide. He was detained as Japan’s total of arsenic-poisoned b&biec rose above 5000. Dried milk from the detained* man’s plant was found to contain arsenic. Fifty babies have now died.
