Exchange of T.V. Programmes.— Russian television programmes .Y/ill be shown on British screens in the near future, says the Moscow correspondent of the “Daily Mail.” The director of Moscow’s central studio, Mr Valentina Sharoyeva, said that a contract has been signed under which Britain and Russia will show 100 hours of each other’s television entertainment, mainly ballet, opera, plays, symphony concerts and children’s programmes.—London, August 15.
