HOUSES PASSED IN AT AUCTION
Two properties were passed in at auction in Christchurch yesterday. A bungalow in Plynlimon road, Bryndwr, with two bedrooms and a • lounge, was passed in at £2550. There were two bids after the first of £2400. : The house stands on a 30-perch seci tion. A partly-built reinforced concrete house on a section of one rood 31 perches, in Rapaki road, Hillsborough, failed to attract a bid when it was offered at auction.
