NEW BRITISH AIRLINER

(Rec. 8 p.m.) PRESTWICK. June 2&. A new British airliner which can operate from an airfield the size of a normal football field made its first official flight at Prestwick, Scotland, today. The aeroplane is the 16-seater, twinengined Pionair. It has a top speed of 180 miles an hour and operates at a little more than 3d a passenger mile.
