Trees Regulated
No person in the mast Coast Bavs north of Auckland, may grow anv exotic tree which, in the opinion of the borough council, would create a nuisance or be injurious to public health or safety, the council decided when framing its by-laws. Any such tree growing at the time the by-laws come into force must be cut to a height of not more than 20 feet
