AIR TRAINING-SCHOOL MOVED TO WIGRAM

All Royal New Zealand Air Force radio trainees will in future go through their courses at Wigram. The No. 2 Trade Training School recently absorbed the No. 5 school at Taieri and all radio, electrical and signalling courses will now be conducted at Wigram. Last week the last course of radio trainees passed-out from the No. 5 school at Taieri, ending the school’s career of five years. Since it was initiated the school has trained assistants in the engine, airframe, electrical, radio, and instrument, armament, supply and clerical branches of the Air Force. Now the school has been transferred to Wigram.
