General Secretary, 1 Theosophical Society in N.Z. “MODERN SCIENCE AND THE OCCULT.” (The Unseen Is Photographed. Effects upon the Future of Mankind). AU Welcome. B] CHRISTADELPHIAN LECTURE BIBLE HALL Madras st., near Tuam st. Sunday, 6.30 p.m. Subject: THE ADVENTURE OF FAITH. He that cometh to God must believe that he is a Rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Heb. 11:6. Man is not created independent of God, but unfortunately the majority of mankind think they have no need of their creator to their own destruction. He stubbornly clings to independence, holding on to the “seen things” of natural existence rather than venture forth into the unseen things of God. God has never ceased “calling” to men to “come out” to be His sons and daughters. Jesus is the way back whereby we can be received with joy into the arms of God, who will bestow upon His recovered children “Glory, Honour and Immortality.” (Rom. 2:4.) The way is the WAY OF FAITH which means abandonment of independence. It is the way of self-sacrifice. Luke 14:26.27. Are you willing to suffer “light affliction” for the “weight of Glory” seeking the unseen things which are Eternal (2 Cor. 4: 17-18.)
