N.Z OLYMPIC GAMES ASSOCIATION
AFFILIATION GRANTED TO ARCHERS (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. May 18. Applications for affiliation with the New Zealand Olympic and British Empire Games Association were received last evening from archery and table tennis bodies. Although the archery authorities are not yet affiliated with the International Olympic Committee, the application foi- this sport was approved. A subcommittee was appointed to consider the table tennis application. The New Zealand Men’s Basketball Association is to be informed that it cannot send a team to the Olympic Games until it has become affiliated with the Olympic and Empire Games Association
