This Sale presents to North Canterbury Farmers a chance to procure, close to home, materials for fencing, cattle stops, hay barn construction, and a host of other useful purposes on the farm. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: It has been .requested all Sleepers be deHvered or delivery arranged for bn the day of sale. All Rails must be removed by'-purchasers within one week of the day of sale. Following the day of sale, Railway Staff will deliver purchases from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., and if requested, will load on lorries or railway waggons at a price of Is 6d per rail and £1 10s per 100 sleepers. The Sleepers will be stacked in lots of 100, and will be sold per sleeper in stack lots. Rails will be stacked In Lots of 250, but to enable individual purchasers to obtain their requirements, will be sold in lots of 5, 10, and 20, but each purchaser will be delivered his number of rails as they come off the stack.
