NOTICE is hereby given that the Geraldine Borough Council proposes at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 10, 1955, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for sanction to the borrowing of a sum of £9500 for the purpose of providing the area known as Raukapuka with a complete water reticulation system with 4in mains and adequate fire-fighting facilities on the following conditions:— 1. The amount of the Loan shall be £9500. 2. The term of the loan shall be’ 25 years, but for a term of 10 years ih the first place. 3. The interest on the loan shall be 4 per cent.
