ELLESMERE BOXING ASSOCIATION
A loss of £l6 on the year’s working was shown in the financial statement presented to the annual meeting of the Ellesmere Boxing Association. The club had a credit of £l3O 10s 3d. The subscription fee was fixed at £l. Officers elected were:—patron, the Hon. J. K. McAlpine, MJ*.; president, Mt W. Johnson; vice-presidents, Messrs E. J. Slattery and P. Christey; secretary and treasurer, Mr A. T, Stevenson; committee, Messrs W. G. Ludamann. R. W. Withell, H. Montgomery, W. Quigley.Jun.. J. McCormick, R. Taylor, and L. OWeill: hon. surgeons. Dr. W. G, Volckman. Dr. S. R. Cattell, Dr. H. Dougall. Dr. Langley; auditor, Mr J. H. Melman; trainer, Mr Withell; assistant, Mr Christey.
