N.Z. FOUNDATION FOR THE BLIND

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 6. ' The constitution of the New Zealand Foundation for the Blind is provided for in the New Zealand Foundation for the Blind Rill, introduced in the House of Representatives today.

Except one clause dealing with the membership of the board of trustees, the bill is identical with one introduced last year but not proceeded with.

The Minister of Education (Mr R. M. Algie) said he proposed to send the bill to the Education Committee when it was appointed, so that further proposals could be discussed. '
