Dispute Among Andrews Sisters
CN.Z. Press Association—Copyright) SANTA MONICA (California), Mar. 19. A lengthy argument among the singing Andrews sisters has led to two of them filing a suit against the third. La Verne and Maxine Andrews filed suit yesterday against Patti Andrews asking toe Court to order distribution of 60,000 dollars worth of property left to toe three sisters by their mother, Mrs Ollie Andrews. The suit alleged that the three sisters were to share equally in household furnishings. It also asserted that La Verne was to receive a half interest an dtoe other sisters a quarter interest each in a 50,000 dollar hoipe. La Verne and Maxine claimed in their suit that Patti now* had some of the furnishings in her possession. They asked that she return these items to enable the Court to make a final order for distribution of the property.
