GEOTHERMAL PROJECT. TENDERS wifi shortly be called for supply of materials, fabrication and erection at a New Zealand site of distillations columns and supporting steelwork. COLUMNS: A total of 10 distillations columns all approximately 200 ft high, fabricated from Jin-Jin MS. plate. The largest columns are about 13ft diameter. STEELWORK—Approximately 500 tons. The columns are to be lagged. The columns will be fitted with expanded metal packing. Expanded metal will be supplied as a free issue in sheet form, and will require to be shaped at site. It Is envisaged that separate tenders may be called for the three sections: 1. Supply of materials in a partly fabricated condition for delivery to site. 2. Completion of fabrication at site. 3.
