SOVEREIGNTY OF GERMANY
(Rec. 12.30 a.m.) BONN, Star. 18. The Upper House of the West German Parliament today approved, on its final reading, the treaty ending the Allied Occupation and restoring West German sovereignty, the United Press reported. The vote was 26 to 12.
