FINAL CLUTHA AND MATAURA FIGURES (New Zealand Press Association) GORE, March 8. The official recount of votes cast at the special poll on liquor sales control in the Clutha and Mataura electorates shows an increased majority for trust control in both districts. The final figures for the Mataura electorate are: For trust control, 3446; for licences under the Licensing Act, 2508. This makes the majority for trust control 938, whereas in the provisional count the majority was 902. In the Clutha electorate the final figures are: For trust control, 3107; for licences under the Licensing Act, 2264. Thus, the majority for trust control has increased from 794 in the provisional count to 843.
