Bangkok To Be Headquarters

(Bee. 12.1 t a-m.) BANGKOK, Feb. Z 4. The S.E.A.T.O. Council unanimously decided today to set up political headquarter, with eight council representatives from the S.E.A.T.O. Powers and a small permanent secretariat.
