- MEN are SIIU NEEDED IN KOREA . The great traditions of New Zealand soldiers on service overseas have been fully maintained by our men in Korea. Their work is not yet completed— >sr • YOU can help. Here are the terms of service. PAY—£6-15-11 a week (drivers) to £l4-7-7 a week (Warrant Officers) —TAX FREE while overseas. And In addition, every man serving 2! months overseas, receives ■ at least S 3 days’ leave on return to New Zealand on FULL PAY—PLUS 6/6 a day subsistence allowance—PLUS free warrants while on this 53 days’ leave.
