Indian Republic’s Annlvenay
India will celebrate the fifth anniversary of its becoming a republic within the Commonwealth on Wednesday. The plan, the first of its kind in India, was inaugurated in 1951. In the production of food grains and textiles, the targets of the plan have already been exceeded, the idea of industrial production has been steadily rising and the main irrigation projects are proceeding according to schedule.
