Soviet Envoys Recalled

LONDON, January 22. Russia has recalled to Moscow for consultation her Ambassadors to Britain. France, and the United States. The Russian Ambassador to France (Mr Sergei Vinogradov) returned to Moscow last week-end. The Ambassador to the United States (Mr Georgi Zaroubin) left Washington on Friday night, and the Ambassador to Britain (Mr Jakob Malik) will fly to Moscow today. . _ . Diplomatic observers m London could not recall the simultaneous presence in Moscow of the Soviet Ambassadors to the three Western Powers since June, 1953, when the security chief, Lavrenti Beria, was arrested. It was also thought likely that Mr Molotov will discuss with the three envoys the Far Eastern situation, and especially the Western desire for a cease fire between the Chinese Communists and the Nationalists.
