RESULTS OF VINTAGE CAR RALLY
The official results of the annual vintage and veteran car rally, held by the Vintage Car Club of New Zealand at Riccarton, are as follows:
Veterans (one and two-cylinder).—D. H. Rutherford (Alldays and Onions, 1908) 1; W. J. Mauger (Unic, 1908) 2. Veterans (four-cylinder and over).—J. S. P. Palmer and R. C. P. Palmer (Unic, 1908) 1, G. H. Hall (Clements-Talbot, 1911) 2.
Vintage cars, under 40 brake horsepower.—R. Baars (Grey, 1921) .1, C. E. Westoby (Ford, 1920 ) 2.
Vintage cars, over 40 brake horse-power. —A. W. Barnwell (Vauxhall, 1923) 1. I. G. S. Sharpe (Bentley, 1929) 2. The Christmas competition was won by D. H. Rutherford.
