Reception Planned In Kremlin

(Rec 11 p.m.) MOSCOW, November 6. Foreign envoys in Moscow today received invitations from Mr Molotov, Soviet Foreign Minister, to a "full evening dress” reception in the Kremlin tomorrow night. This is the first time Mr Molotov has chosen the Kremlin for staging the traditional celebration marking the anniversary of the Bolshevik revolution, to which all ambassadors and heads of foreign missions are invited. The reception is usually held in the Spiridonovka Palace, a former nobleman’s mansion which is traditionally used for Foreign Ministry functions.
