SODALITY WINS HANDICAP (New Zealand Press Association) NAPIER, November 7. J. McFarlane, with three wins, was the most successful jockey on the second day of the Napier Park Racing Club’s meeting on Saturday. The weather was fine, and the track firm and fast. There was a good attendance. The Sodallty-Papatoa double paid £59 9s 6d for £l. The totalisator investments for the two days of the meeting were £54,886 ss, compared with £58,844 15s for the two days last year. On Saturday, £35,533 10s was invested on the course, compared with £36,205 last year. Off-coUrse betting this year totalled £19,352 15s; last year £22,639 5s was invested off the course.
