DEATH DURING U.N. SPEECH

(Rec. 8 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 3, Dr. Mahmoud Azmi, leader of the Egyptian delegation, died at tho United Nations today after collapsing at a Security Council meeting, He had not completed his. speech on the latest Israeli-Egyptian ‘ dispute when he fell across the council table and was taken unconscious from the chamber. Dr. Azmi died in the United Nations clinic.
