COMMONWEALTH TALKS
(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2. Plans for bolding another Commonwealth Prime Ministers’ Conference in London may be submitted shortly to the governments concerned. Consultations to determine dates will be conducted through normal Commonwealth channels, and if all the governments agree, the conference is likely to be held early in 1955.
