FLOATING DRY DOCK FOR UNITED STATES NAVY.—Tugs moving a 400ft floating dock, the largest to be built in the United States, past a draw-bridge at Seattle. After being fitted out with crew’s quarters and gun emplacements, the dock will be handed over to the Navy. There is enough concrete in the dock to cover an acre of ground to a depth of five inches.
