Play at Mental Hospital
Shakespeare’s “The Tempest’’ was presented by patients and staff at the Auckland Mental Hospital. It was the culmination of three months of rehearsals. Dramatic work is used to help patients to gain confidence and concentration. This was the sixth production at the hospital in the last two years. It was open to the public.
