HURRICANE AND FLOOD DAMAGE IN TORONTO.—’This pile of rubble was a paved street in the Toronto suburb of Weston. The street was undermined and 17 houses were washed away when the Humber river overflowed in the recent disastrous hurricane. Forty-five persons lost their lives in the Toronto area.
