Strike Vote At Port Of New York
;Rec. 10.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 4. Members of the International Longshoremen’s Association tonight voted for a strike of dockworkers to begin tomorrow in the Port of New York because of a dispute with the New York Shipping Association over wages and welfare benefits.
