Creditors’ Meeting Lapses.—A meeting of the creditors of Melville Percy Smith, a labourer, who was adjudged bankrupt last month, lapsed yesterday for want of a quorum. A statement of Smith’s affairs showed debts amountting to £94 2s 8d owing to seven unsecured creditors.
