Bryan Silk, who returned this week from Britain, where he played with the New Zealand golf team, holed in one at the short twelfth today when competing in the Wanganui championships, the standard score for the hole is three. Silk also headed the qualifiers with a gross 147—a morning round of 75, and 72 in the afternoon.
