PAPANUI CLUB The twenty-second annual meeting of the Papanul Cricket Club was held recently. It was decided that the club’s opening day should be held on October 2, in the Papanul Domain. Officers elected were:— Patron, Mr R. H. Price; president. Mr N. Swift; 10 vice-presidents were elected; club captain, Mr A. Robinson; yice-captaln, Mr H. Sherwood; secretary and treasurer, Mr T. A. Donaldson; committee, Messrs R. Bell, S. Eder, D. York, R. Little, H. Walker, J. Suckling, and F. Sou then; delegates to Christchurch Suburban Cricket Association, Messrs N. Swift, H. Sherwood, and F. Sou then; delegate to Sports Protection Association, Mr R. Little.
