MORAL DELINQUENCY AMONG CHILDREN

COMMITTEE TO SIT IN CHRISTCHURCH Today the seven-member committee of inquiry into moral delinquency among children and adolescents will begin its three-day sitting in Christchurch. The inquiry will be held in the Health Department offices in Hereford street. Members of the committee are Dr. O. C. Mazengarb, Q.C. (chairman), Mrs R. Bloodworth, Mrs B. O’Brien, Mr J. Leggit, Dr. D. L. McLeod, the Rev. J. S. Somerville, and Mr F. N. Stace.
