The Mayor (Mr R. M. Macfarlane, M.P.) and Crs. W. F. Glue and -L Christie were appointed by the Citv Council last evening as delegates w the South Island Local Bodies’ Association’s conference at the Franz Jo:e' and Fox Glaciers from October 6 **'■ October 8.
