CANTERBURY RETAINS JARVIS ROSE BOWL , The Canterbury team retained the Jarvis rose bowl by winning 17 matches to 11 in the annual table tennis contest with Otago. The competition was held at tne North East Valley Town Hall, Dunedin. Otago won the junior teams* match oy 10 games to 2. This does not count for the trophy. Results:—
