“ Flight Round Moon In 30 Years ” (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, July 19. Claims are being made that the Russians will create an artificial satellite of the earth within 10 years, and witnin 30 years will have made a flight lound the moon. Flights to and from the moon will be made before the end of this century. These claims are made by one of Russia’s leading experts on cosmic navigation writing in the magazine “Technics for Youth,” reports the Associated Press. The expert, darned Dobronravoy. lists three periods in the development of “Astronautics”: (1) The creation of a satellite by 1965. (2) A cosmic ship taking two or three people round the moon without landing by 1980 to 1990. <3) About the year 2000 will come the first cosmic flight to the moon with a landing and the certainty of a return flight.
