EUROPEAN ZONE OF DAVIS CUP FRANCE LEADS DENMARK (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 8 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 11. France gained a 2-1 lead over Denmark in their Davis Cup European Zone semifinal tie today. When Paul Remy and Ducos de la Haille beat Kurt Nielsen and Torben Ulrich, 6-2, 12-10, 6-3. Each country had previously won a singles match, and the reverse singles will take place tomorrow.
