Fire in Hotel Yard.— Sparks from an open-air incinerator in an adjoining yard set fire to dry vegetation on a bank at the rear of the Canterbury Hotel, .Lyttelton, yesterday afternoon. The outbreak was quickly put out by the brigade, no damage being done.
