Mary: I am absolutely fed up with the dust that pours into our car. John: We have only had the car two years, and hatfe already spent £3O odd trying to stop the dust nuisance, but with no success. Mary: The dust is absolutely ruining aB my clothes, and when I get to town I am a fright and feel grubby and uncomfortable. It is all right on the bitumen surfaces, but on the shingle roads we travel on it is very dusty, and something must be done about it. Not only that, but this dust must be very unhealthy as I always get a sore throat when I go to town, and the children are affected, too. John: Well, Mary, if you know of a dust-proof car I will buy it. Mary: I know of one all right. Hazel tells me the car they have bought—and their roads are much worse than ours—does not let in a particle of dust. John: What make of car is this, Mary? Mary: It is a new Renault Fregate; but of course they cost a good deal of money for they have a custom-built body. They say the agents give you a very fair price for your old car In part payment. John: All right, Mary. I suppose I had better go and have a look at one today. ADAMS, LTD., 110 Tuam street, Christchurch.
