TRec. 10 p.m.) GENEVA, June 5. A Chinese Communist spokesman •aid tonight that the alleged Chinese plan for Communist world domination published on June 2 by Senator William Knowland, the*. Republican leader in the United States Senate, was “an out and out fabrication.” He said that the document was forged by Senator Knowland and "his partners on Formosa.'” The spokesman said: "It was apparently fabricated according to the needs of the situation in which the United States found itself at the Geneva conference. Its aim is to create an atmosphere of tension to intimidate the countries and peoples that demand Peace and to retard the efforts of the Geneva conference to ease international tension.” • The spokesman then said the conference was “now overcoming threats , and obstructions stemming from the United States side and striving to accomplish its task of restoring peace in Indo-China and of settling the Korean question peaceably.”
