Application was made for approval of Dians for the Papanui Hotel. z The chairman said that the commit- \ tee had adopted the following resolution concerning this hotel:— “That the whole of the bedroom accommodation shown on the plan is to be always available for guests with the exception of the portion marked I suite’; that the present guests’ sittingroom upstairs be retained as such; that provision is required and is to be made for one additional double bedroom and two staff bedrooms; that c in view of the building over of the I former parking area and the increasing s parking difficulties at this busy corner, a parking area with proper entrance and egress be developed in the hotel yard and be supervised by the £otel I management: the applicant be asked to a provide a new plan or amended plans to cover these minimum requirements; 1 the applicant be asked to develop these t matters without delay and the committee will arrange to give consideration t to these plans as soon as they are re- £ ceived.” s The application for renewal of the j ; Mcence was granted.
