COMPANY NEWS Farmers* Trading, Auckland Issue,— This company is offering 250,000 “C” 5 per cent, preferences shares of £1 each at par to all classes of existing shareholders. The issue will increase the paid capital to £1,250,000, consisting of 627,622 ordinary shares, 134,887 ’'A” preference of 5 3-5 per cent., 112,491 “B”’’preference of 5 3-5 per cent., and 375,000 "C” preference shares, all of £1 each. Shareholders may apply for a minimum of 100 new shares and no allotment of less than 100 will be made. The shares are payable 10s on application by May 3 (up to a maximum of £250), and 10s before June 25.—(P.A.) Aust.
